QualeQuest PA

Privacy, stated plainly.

This notice covers the public website at personal.qualequest.com, the public QQ Guide, and the inquiry you may choose to send to Mirian. A commissioned QualeQuest PA will have its own agreed data sources, permissions, and operating boundaries.

What the public surface handles

When you prepare an inquiry, we handle the contact details, request summary, areas of interest, timing, and consent record shown in the final review. If you choose specific QQ Guide messages or write a conversation note, those selected items are included. Guide messages are not added to an inquiry by default.

Our infrastructure may also process technical request information needed to operate and protect the service, such as timestamps, request identifiers, browser headers, and network address information. The application uses a keyed, non-reversible network fingerprint for rate limiting rather than placing a raw network address in its lead database.

How QQ Guide works

QQ Guide is a bounded public product guide. Messages may be processed by the configured language-model service to produce an answer. The guide cannot access private QualeQuest PA data, Praxis, email, files, calendars, or credentials, and it cannot submit or carry out an action. Do not place passwords, financial account details, health records, or other sensitive records in the guide.

When an inquiry is stored

Nothing is submitted merely because you opened the form or spoke with QQ Guide. The inquiry flow shows an exact review and consent statement. The reviewed version is cryptographically bound to that consent. We store it only after you separately click “Send to Mirian.”

The exact consent permits QualeQuest to store the reviewed details, share them with Mirian, and contact you at the reviewed email address about that request. It does not authorize unrelated marketing or automatic access to your other accounts.

Why we use the information

We use inquiry information to review what you need, contact you about the request, scope a possible QualeQuest PA, prevent duplicate submissions, protect the service from abuse, and maintain an audit trail of delivery. We do not claim that submitting an inquiry creates a customer relationship or guarantees delivery of a PA.

Retention and access

Inquiry and audit records are retained for operational follow-up, integrity, and legitimate record-keeping, and are removed or de-identified when they are no longer reasonably needed, subject to applicable obligations. Service and security logs follow infrastructure operating needs. Access is limited to the QualeQuest systems and people needed to handle the request.

Your choices

You may use the public information without submitting an inquiry, email us directly, decline to include any guide messages, or stop before the final Send action. To ask about an inquiry, correct its details, or request deletion where applicable, email pa@qualequest.com and include your public reference if you have one.

Changes

If this public flow materially changes, the version and effective date above will change as well. The consent text shown at submission is preserved with that submission.
