Terms for this public surface.
These terms cover your use of personal.qualequest.com, QQ Guide, and the public inquiry flow. They do not replace a later written scope or agreement for a commissioned QualeQuest PA.
Public information, not an execution service
QQ Guide provides bounded information about QualeQuest PA. It has no authority to access private accounts, send communications, make commitments, accept payment, or perform work for you. Its responses may be incomplete or mistaken, so material decisions should be confirmed during a consultation.
Inquiry does not equal acceptance
Submitting an inquiry records your request for review. It does not guarantee a response time, availability, price, outcome, migration result, connection, or delivery. A project begins only when its actual scope, terms, permissions, and any payment are separately agreed.
Your submission
You must provide information you are authorized to share and must not submit passwords, secret keys, unlawful material, malicious code, or sensitive records that are unnecessary for an initial inquiry. Do not submit another person’s private conversation without their authorization.
You retain your rights in the information you provide. You permit QualeQuest to handle it only according to the exact consent shown in the inquiry and the privacy notice.
Acceptable use
Do not interfere with the service, evade rate or origin controls, probe for credentials or private data, automate abusive submissions, impersonate another person, or use QQ Guide to attempt unauthorized actions. We may restrict access needed to protect the surface and its users.
Capability, usefulness, and outcomes
Descriptions on this site explain intended or configurable capabilities. They do not by themselves prove that a particular configuration is useful for you, produces a stated outcome, or is already connected to any source. Those distinctions are established through scope, implementation, use, and evidence.
Availability
The public surface is provided on an as-available basis and may be changed, paused, or corrected. We take reasonable care in operating it but do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every guide response will be error-free.
